TEACHING STAFF MOBILITY
 
The University of Messina is delighted to welcome Erasmus teaching staff from partners Higher education Institutions in the framework of the Erasmus Programme.
 
The interested teaching staff should contact the international office and / or Erasmus office of their home institution in order to know if an Erasmus Bilateral Agreement for teaching activity is in place with the University of Messina. Also please note that the grant provided to contribute to cover travel and stay costs is entirely managed by your home University.
In order to process your application, please follow these instructions:
 

• Send en e-mail to erasmus @unime.it, containing your Academic informations, a short CV showing your expertise area and how the exchange would benefit both Universities, and a draft of your teaching plan;
• The Erasmus Mobility Unit will forward your request to the right Department;
• The Department will consider your proposal and if it fits with their plan of work and academic timetables, and then directly recontact you in order to formalize your visit.

During their stay at the University of Messina, both the academic/staff  visitors within the frame of the Erasmus+ Programme are obliged to be covered by an own insurance policy covering Third Party Liability Insurance and Accident coverage while undertaking their tasks in relation to the activities to be carried out abroad.
