The Generation Italy Foundation, with the support and patronage, among others, of the Conference of Rectors of Italian Universities (CRUI) has launched a selection aimed at inserting 25 female students and 25 students in an acceleration program towards the world of work that lasts 6 months and includes experiential training, individual mentorship, and professionalizing seminars.
The initiative is called "Generation4Universities" and is also promoted by the multinational strategic consultancy McKinsey & Company. Young people will be able to register by March 21 to complete the 5 stages of the selection process.

Participants must be enrolled in the last year of a Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Humanities, Philosophy and Languages, must be in good standing with their studies and have achieved a weighted average of no less than 28/30.
There will be 3 training modules in the program: 

• Bootcamp from mid-April; 
• Individual mentorship from May to July; 
• Professionalizing seminars between April / July.
