BIOGRAFEMA
Riccardo Caponetto was born in Catania (Italy) in 1966.
He received the electronic engineering degree from the University of Catania in 1991 and the Ph.D. in electrical engineering in 1995.
He worked, from 1994 to 2001, in STMicroelectronics as researcher. From 01/10/2001 until 09/01/2023, at University of Catania, Italy, D.I.E.E.I.. Today is Full professor at the Engineering Department of the University of Messina, Italy.
His interests include: systems modelling and control, fractional order systems and soft computing techniques.
