of dr. Alberto Randazzo

Alberto Randazzo (3.12.1978) graduated in Law from the University of Messina on 19 July 2005 with full marks and academic honors, discussing a thesis entitled " The role of Constitutional Court in the jurisprudential construction of fundamental rights: personal freedom and right to health "( rel . Prof. A. Saitta ). He obtained the title of lawyer on 2 October 2008.
Winner of a PhD scholarship in "Constitutional Justice and Fundamental Rights" (administrative center of the University of Pisa), XXI cycle (January 1, 2006 - December 31, 2008), he obtained the relative title on June 14, 2010, defending the thesis “ Contribution to a study on international charters of rights in the Italian constitutional order ”.
He has been a junior researcher with a fixed-term contract since 30 December 2014 of Institutions of public law at the Department of Political and Legal Sciences (formerly the Department of Legal Sciences and History of Institutions).
On 23 July 2018 he unanimously obtained the National Scientific Qualification as Associate Professor of Institutions of public law.
He is a senior researcherwith a fixed term from 26 September 2019 of Institutions of public law at the Department of Political and Legal Sciences (formerly the Department of Legal Sciences and History of Institutions), with effect from 25 November 2019.
He has been a member of the "Gruppo di Pisa" Association since June 2006. He is a member of the Doctoral College of Legal Sciences (administrative headquarters of the University of Pisa), XXXIII cycle (from 1 November 2017). He has collaborated and collaborates with some online sites of public interest (and constitutionalistic in particular), and specifically: www.diritticomparati.it , www.dirittiregionale.org . Since 31 December 2015 he has been a member of the editorial board of the Rivista Dirittireginali.it [ISSN 24652709], as well as, from 1 April 2016 to 2018, he was part of the thematic editorial board "Constitutional Court" of the AIC 2016-2018 Observatory [ISSN 22837515 ]. He collaborated with the UNESCO Cátedra " Derechos Humanos y Democracia ", Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, publishing a review of constitutional jurisprudence on the right to life and the writing referred to in point 8 of the list of publications below. He was part of research units coordinated by Prof. Antonio Ruggeri, within the University projects (PRA 2006/2007, entitled The new fundamental rights between jurisdiction and constitutional legislation , from 12 May 2009 to 12 May 2012, extended to 22 May 2012) and inter-university (PRIN 2006/2007, entitled Techniques for standardization and protection of fundamental rights, in the perspective of European integration , from 28 December 2006 to 27 December 2008, and PRIN 2008/2009, entitled Recognition and protection of new fundamental rights, including regulatory provisions and jurisprudential experiences , from 20 January 2010 to 19 January 2012), admitted for funding. He was also part of the research unit of the University project coordinated by Prof. Giovanni Moschella (PRA 2008/2009, entitled The crisis of the Parliament between the bipolar system and perspectives of constitutional reform , from 10 December 2010 to 10 December 2013, extended as at 31 December 2014). He is a beneficiary of the Ffabr 2019. He was part of the promoting group of the Project, which was funded on Democracy in the time of social networks , proposed for the School of Excellence 2019 of the University of Messina. Since September 2019 ( Cons . Of Dept. of 18/9/2019) he has been a member of the Joint Commission of the Department of Political and Legal Sciences of the University of Messina.In 2019 he was appointed member of the Commission for the choice of tutor classroom and didactic references within the Pon Inclusione SIA / ReI . In 2020 - with DR n. 1809/2020 - has been appointed member of the Commission for comparative assessment for the allocation of teaching contracts: Criminal Law (at the cds . Of "Political Science, Administration and Services"), Criminology (at cds . Since 2005 he has collaborated, as an expert on the subject, in the didactic-scientific activities and initiatives of the disciplines referred to in the scientific-disciplinary sectors IUS / 08 (Constitutional Law) and IUS / 21 (Comparative Public Law), at the Faculty of Law (today, Department of Law) of the University of Messina and from 2010 to the initiatives of the disciplines that are part of the scientific-disciplinary sector IUS / 09 (Institutions of public law) at the Faculties of Economics (today, Department of Economics) and of Legal Sciences and History of Institutions (today, Department of Political and Legal Sciences) of the same University. Starting from aa . 2015/2016 until aa . 2018/2019, held the teaching of Institutions of public law within the degree course in Business Management, at the Department of Economics. Starting from aa . 2016/2017 until aa . 2019/2020, held the teaching of public law institutions within the course of Social Service Sciences, at the Department of Cognitive, Psychological, Pedagogical and Cultural Studies. In the aa . 2017/2018, he held the teaching of public law institutions in the Business Administration Course at the University for Foreigners "Dante Alighieri" of Reggio Calabria. He taught primary and secondary legislation relating to school integration , in the context of “training courses for the achievement of specialization for educational support activities for pupils with disabilities pursuant to Ministerial Decree no. 948 of 2016 "( Specialization course for educational support activities for pupils with disabilities 2016/2017 ). In the aa . 2019/2020 also taught Institutions of public law in the cdl . Economics, Banking and Finance at the Dip . of Economics (University of Messina). He taught Elements of Constitutional and Administrative Law and Principal Elements on Regional Administrative Procedures , within the "Operational Program of the European Social Fund 2014-2020 (OP FSE 2014-2020), paths to strengthen the employability of young graduates interested in working in a regional public administration "(Notice 26/2018). As part of the same Program, in the period between 6 July 2020 and 5 July 2021, A.
