The Ortygia Foundation announces the fourth edition "YEP - Young Women Empowerment Program", as part of its commitment to gender inclusion and the enhancement of young female talents. Thanks to YEP, for 6 months, young students will have the opportunity to confront and explore the dynamics of orientation and the world of work with a professional from an important Italian company through a one-to-one mentoring relationship.

The program is aimed at students enrolled in the first or second year of the Master's Degree (fourth and fifth year for single-cycle courses), of the Degree Courses belonging to the Departments of Economics (CdS in Consulting and Business Management, CdS in Business Consulting and Management, CdS in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Tourism, CdS in Economic and Financial Sciences) Engineering (CdS in Electronic Engineering for Industry, CdS in Engineering and Computer Science, CdS in Engineering and Computer Science, Cds in Mechanical Engineering) and MIFT (CdS in Mathematics, CdS in PHISICS) and will provide useful tools to consciously guide one's academic and career choices.

The meetings will take place remotely, participation for universities and students is free.
