Booking procedure:

• for all students of active degree courses it will be possible to book on ESSE3 starting from 10 April and up to the day before the exam and it will be possible to choose between the two exam methods: in presence or remotely, unless necessary new limitations.

For any booking problems to the single appeal you can send an email to: frontofficeingegneria@unime.it with a clear indication of their data and those of the exam to be taken, as well as the reason for the non-booking. Caution: forgetfulness is not in itself a sufficient motivation; any cases will be evaluated directly by the teacher.

On the other hand, for problems concerning the career / booklet in general, it is necessary to contact the Science and Technology Operating Unit: https://www.unime.it/it/studenti/segreterie-studenti

• for students of inactive Degree Courses (all Degree Courses for which lessons are no longer provided), for this session, but also for the rest of the year, the exam will be activated upon request.

How to request it: writing to Mr. Massimo Giordano del frontofficeingegneria@unime.it.
In the request it is necessary to indicate: name and surname and matriculation number, the code of the Degree Course and the code of the course (s) for which you intend to take the exam (both available in your booklet) and the indication of the session which you are interested, that is: which session you are referring to and the number of the exam (1st, 2nd ..) in the case of sessions that involve more than one exam.
It is not possible to request more than one session for the same course; in case of non-submission, or failure to pass, it will be possible to resubmit the request.
When to request it: the request will be satisfied if it is received within 4 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) before the exam. Since it is not possible to indicate, before the request is received and processed, what the date will be, we suggest that you request the appeal, or appeals, without waiting: there is no opening deadline. If the request arrives later than the desired appeal, you will be offered to activate the next appeal.
Please do not insist, except in cases of necessity (for example: last exam before graduation).
