CURRICULAR TRAINING AND ORIENTATION INTERNSHIP - PROCEDURE - FACILITIES - COURSE ON SAFETY - PROPOSALS NEW CONVENTIONS

Dear Students,
in this delicate period and consequent great uncertainties, with continuous changes to the University provisions regarding the conduct of the internship and the decisions of the Magnificent Rector regarding the possibility of easily obtaining the CFU corresponding to the Internship, we have had a lot of difficulty in following letter and promptly as provided.
To all this was added the implementation, on the impulse of the COP, of the provisions of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and the Agreement on the State Region and Autonomous Provinces Conference of 25 July 2012, on the basis of which the University as the promoter, it is required to provide trainees with 4-hour general training in occupational safety.
Having carried out your requests in any case in these days and having answered your questions, we have made you wait in order to have all the useful information and organize them in a synthetic and organic way.
Here they are:

Methods of carrying out and acquiring the internship (Rector's note dated 11/16/2020)
1. All internship activities must take place at a distance, until further notice
2. For internships that are activated from now on, the student must attach to the usual application form the request from the host organization for authorization to carry out the internship remotely. The Coordinator, having verified the consistency with the activities to be carried out remotely, will approve.
3. In the event that at the date of the Rector's note the internship will have been carried out to the extent of 60% of the total number of hours provided, the internship will be considered completed.
4. In the event that the 60% threshold is not reached, the hours can be completed with alternative activities: training workshops organized by the University also with external bodies consistent with the training project, activities such as case studies, exercises, etc. organized by the Degree Course, alternative activities agreed with the host institution, recognition by the Degree Course Council of experiential / training activities carried out outside the University, always as long as they are consistent with the educational project.

Safety course
As explained, each student in order to start / carry out the internship must have received this minimum training.
At the time of submitting the internship application you will be asked by the colleague who follows you in this, Dr. Zona, if you already have a certificate relating to a training course on safety [it could be a course already provided by University, to which you have been periodically invited, or a course held by another institution].
In the meantime, you can submit your application and start the internship in the usual way and in the meantime Dr. Zona collects your names and arranges a list signed by the Degree Course Coordinator, with the indication of the course acquired or not and attaches any certificates. Everything is sent to the COP.
The University's Prevention and Protection Service will notify waiting trainees about the delivery of the course.
It should be noted that the remote internship does not exempt from the course which, in any case, is a useful and necessary training and for which you will receive a certificate.

Sign new agreements
The single student can express their interest in a company / organization that has not yet entered into an agreement with the university by sending a specific form to the COP.

A similar module is also produced in the version for the Company and for the Coordinator.

I remind you that on the Forms - teaching page you have access to all the forms of the Department or issued by the Department.

We remain by your side to help you
