ADDITIONAL ANTI-COVID PROVISIONS FOR STUDENTS AND STAFF FROM FEBRUARY 15
As of February 15, 2021 and until further provisions are made:
1. The suspension of conference and congress activities in presence continues, including seminars and workshops.
2. The meetings of the Collegial Bodies, of all levels and levels, will continue to take place remotely.
3. Starting from the second semester, the lessons will take place in blended mode: all the lessons delivered in person will be available synchronously on the microsoft teams platform. Students will book their place in the classroom through the application of the attendance system, until the maximum number of seats available is reached, the remaining students will follow the lessons remotely. In specific cases in which for Covid security reasons it will not be possible to access the activities in the presence, the lessons can be held exclusively at a distance.The Department Directors will define the maintenance of the mode in presence based on the actual attendance of students in the classroom. For attendance of less than or equal to 10 units, the course will be delivered exclusively electronically.
The teaching activities at the decentralized offices will take place in blended mode starting from the second semester.
4. The educational workshops can be held in person in strict compliance with the prevention and protection measures against covid.
5. The exams relating to the February / March sessions will continue to take place remotely. As of the May exam, exams will be held in blended mode. From March, the written tests will be held in person.
6. Graduation sessions will continue to take place remotely.
7. Curricular and extracurricular internships can be carried out in person only in strict compliance with the prevention and protection measures against covid and according to the availability and rules of the host structure.
8. Internships in the medical area within the health facility will take place in the presence of students who have been administered the anti Covid 19 vaccine;
9. For the TFA support and for the Degree Course in Primary Education, the internships will be held according to the procedures established by the coordinators mainly based on: the ability of the individual schools to activate the blended modality for carrying out this activity; the availability of individual schools to welcome trainees in presence; other methods deemed useful for the purpose may be activated.
10. The activities of doctoral students, undergraduates and non-medical specializing students may be carried out in the presence; all the activities of the medical specialists will continue to be carried out in the presence;
11. Transfers related to the Erasmus program for students, teachers and TA staff may resume, subject to the signing of a specific release, according to the availability and covid rules of the host University. The competent University offices will support each scholarship recipient for the evaluation of the specific program.
12. The libraries will not be usable as study rooms, the book lending service will be available upon reservation from Monday to Friday.
13. Students will be received in blended mode according to the methods indicated by the teacher.
14. Without prejudice to the fact that the individual structures of the University must guarantee the provision of services for internal and external users and students, each Head must urgently plan the organization of the work of the administrative and technical structures of the University to allow the use of agile work for up to 60% of employees
The Structures that provide services to students must organize the work to ensure the hours of access to services, even in the presence, by students from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 to 17.00.
In order to ensure the provision of services, at least 40% of the staff will have to carry out ordinary activities in presence.
Students, teachers and all staff who carry out activities in the presence are reminded to strictly comply with the general prevention rules which provide for the application of social distancing and hygiene rules, as well as the correct use of personal protective equipment..
