In order to guarantee the health and safety of its workers and students within the campus, the University of Messina, having heard the opinion of the Higher Institute of Health (Istituto Superiore di Sanità) and with respect to the responsibilities regarding the assessment of risks, has extended the smoking ban to electronic cigarettes both in places open to the public or in places in the presence of other employees or external guests.
