The University of Messina has taken part in the “Neuromuscular Diseases Day”, on 9 March, 2019. It is an annual national collaborative effort to offer an update on the state of the art at national, regional and territorial level on the diagnosis, therapy and care of patients with Neuromuscular Diseases. Several conferences and seminars have been organized for an update on the overall management of patients suffering from Neuromuscular disease. Moreover, the University of Messina, in collaboration with the “NEuroMuscular Omnicentre Nemo SUD”, partner of these initiatives, has opened its facilities for free visits and consultations.
