"UPDATE IN MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY" is the title of the cycle of lectures which will be held - from 28 to 31 October - by Prof. Alexandre Ivanov, director of the Central Research Institute of Stomatology and Maxillofacial Surgery in Moscow.

The seminar is addressed  to students enrolled at the 4° and 5° year in Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry and residents in Maxillofacial Surgery.

Prof. Ivanov is councilor for Russia of the European Society of Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery (EACMFS) and of the World Society of Maxillofacial Surgery (IAOMFS).
He is in charge of the Department of Craniofacial Pediatric Surgery at the Research Center on Pediatric Maxillofacial Disorders in Moscow (Russia) and deals mainly with the study and treatment of congenital craniomaxillofacial pathologies.
