Obiettivi Formativi

Il corso intende fornire la conoscenza della disciplina normativa de contratto di assicurazione e dei singoli tipi di assicurazione. Il criterio impiegato è il costante raffronto fra il dato normativo codicistico ed il risultato che appare nel diritto vigente, alla luce della cas giurisprudenziale. La didattica, pertanto, si avvarrà dell'ausilio dei pr giurisprudenziali, per la comprensione dei quali sono richieste solide basi di conoscenza istituzionali. Learning Goals

The course aims to provide knowledge of the regulatory discipline of the insurance contract and of the individual types of insurance. The criterion used is the constant comparison between the codicistico normative datum and the result that appears in the enforced law, in the light of the jurisprudential casuistry. Teaching, therefore, will rely on the help of the previous jurisprudence, for the understanding of which are required solid foundations institutional knowledge. The primary objective of the course is to allow the student to reconstruct competently a branch of a right that, born as a special part of commercial law, governed within the civil code, now finds place largely in the insurance code
