Obiettivi Formativi

Il modulo di Patologie Internistiche e Sport ha l’obiettivo di fornire la conoscenza dell’etiopatogenesi delle principali patologie internistiche e dei relativi risvolti e modificazioni in corso di esercizio fisico. Particolare attenzione sarà posta anche nei confronti di alcune patologie allergiche e delle malattie del sistema immunitario e delle intolleranze alimentari. L’acquisizione di tali competenze sarà volta a garantire la gestione dell’attività motoria in sicurezza. Il modulo di Patologie Respiratorie e Sport ha l’obiettivo di fornire basi morfo-funzionali  della  funzione ventilatoria e della funzione respiratoria e le integrazioni di queste con l’apparato cardiovascolare, sia a riposo che durante esercizio fisico. Verranno fornite le basi della conoscenza della capacità adattative all’attività fisica della funzione respiratoria del polmone, del soggetto sano e del soggetto con patologia respiratoria acuta e/o cronica e gli accorgimenti da assumere nelle diverse condizioni  patologiche e le relative controindicazioni all’esercizio fisico. Il modulo di Patologie Cutanee e Sport deve fornire le basi morfo-funzionali dell’apparato tegumentario e le sue modificazioni in corso di esercizio fisico, con particolare riferimento alle peculiarità delle varie discipline sportive e all’influenza degli eterogenei stimoli ambientali di natura fisica, chimica e biotica, ai fini dell’acquisizione e della trasmissione di competenze atte a garantire la gestione dell’attività motoria in sicurezza.

Learning Goals

The module of Internistic Pathologies and Sports aims to provide the knowledge of the etiopathogenesis of the main internistic pathologies and of their implications and changes during physical exercise. Particular attention will also be paid to certain allergic diseases and diseases of the immune system and food intolerances. The acquisition of these skills will be aimed at ensuring the management of motor activity in safety. The module of Respiratory Pathologies and Sport aims to provide morpho-functional bases of the fan function and respiratory function and the integration of these with the cardiovascular system, both at rest and during physical exercise. The bases of knowledge of the adaptive capacity to the physical activity of the respiratory function of the lung will be provided, of the healthy subject and of the subject with acute and/or chronic respiratory pathology and the arrangements to be taken in the various pathological conditions and the relative contraindications to the physical exercise. The module of Cutaneous Pathologies and Sport must provide the morpho-functional bases of the tegumentary apparatus and its modifications during physical exercise, with particular reference to the peculiarities of the various sports disciplines and the influence of heterogeneous environmental stimuli of a physical nature, chemistry and biotics, for the acquisition and transmission of skills to ensure the management of motor activity in safety.
