Obiettivi Formativi

Il corso intende fornire i necessari strumenti conoscitivi della disciplina del Diritto delle Relazioni Industriali, al fine di consentire agli studenti di affrontare la complessa articolazione della legislazione sindacale e della produzione normativa relativa ai rapporti tra le organizzazioni sindacali dei lavoratori e le organizzazioni sindacali dei datori di lavoro.

Learning Goals

The goal of the course is to give a good overview of Italian Industrial Relations law The course gives a general overview of scientific contents and, at the same time, is designed for acquiring some professional skills and knowledge. The course aims at providing students with the knowledge of the main contents and trends of Italian Industrial Relations law and with the ability of solving problems which concretely affect the labour market regulation

Programma del Corso

Le prime lezioni saranno dedicate alla particolare collocazione della disciplina del Diritto delle Relazioni Industriali nel più ampio contesto ordinamentale ed alle tecniche regolative che caratterizzano la materia. Successivamente saranno trattati i seguenti argomenti. - Le fonti – La contrattazione collettiva – Le associazioni sindacali – Il diritto di sciopero e la serrata – I diritti sindacali nei luoghi di lavoro -la contrattazione collettiva europea, il dialogo sociale, i rapporti tra ordinamento europeo ed ordinamento nazionale

The course examines the legal framework of industrial relations and collective agreements, introducing such topics as: the background and definitions of Industrial Relations law the history and present position of the Italian labour movement the role of government institutions in the shaping and administration of the law and industrial relations policy the sources of Industrial Relations law the law relating to collective relations, which includes trade unions and their organizations the right to organize the collective bargaining process industrial conflict the nature and administration of collective agreements the Collective Agreements and EU labour law. the Collective Agreements and International Law
