Obiettivi Formativi

Il corso mira a fornire una conoscenza del regime di gestione delle infrastrutture del trasporto (porti, aeroporti ed infrastrutture lineari) e della fornitura dei servizi erogati agli utenti. Obiettivo è fare acquisire gli strumenti per conoscere ed utilizzare i modelli giuridici organizzativi posti in essere dalle imprese che operano nel settore del trasporto.

Learning Goals

The course aims to provide the knowledge of the management system of transport infrastructure (ports, airports and linear infrastructure) and supply of services provided to users. The objective is to acquire the tools to know and use models legal contract put in place by companies operating in the transport sector.

Metodi didattici

La metodologia didattica prevede lezioni frontali, seminari di approfondimento con esperti del settore oltre a possibili visite guidate presso strutture competenti nel campo dei trasporti e della mobilità sostenibile. Gli studenti che frequenteranno il corso saranno altresì coinvolti in lavori di gruppo (analisi di sentenze, progetti di mobilità sostenibile, predisposizione di contratti di trasporto). A supporto della didattica saranno inoltre fornite agli studenti, tramite la piattaforma e-learning: slides, schemi, articoli di commento alle novità normative, sentenze e altri materiali

Teaching Methods

The teaching methodology plans lectures, seminars with experts as well as possible visits to the structures in the field of transport and sustainable mobility. Students following the course will be involved, during the lectures, in working groups (analysis of judgments, sustainable mobility projects, draft of transport contracts). Teaching aids will be provided to students by e-learning platform: slides, articles commenting on the new regulations, judgments and other materials.

Prerequisiti

Lo studente dovrà avere conoscenze di base del diritto privato e del diritto pubblico.

Verifiche dell'apprendimento

L’esame finale consisterà in un colloquio volto ad accertare l’acquisizione delle conoscenze. Sono possibili verifiche in itinere ed eventuali elaborati scritti. La valutazione viene effettuata in trentesimi (soglia minima di sufficienza 18/30).

Assessment

The final exam will be an oral examination to verify acquisition of skills. Evaluation will also include continual assessment. The evaluation is performed in thirty (minimum threshold of sufficiency 18/30).
